The evidence covers more than delivery alone

Consider judgement, reliability, influence, mentoring, communication, and learning where relevant.

Decision readiness

A reviewer can understand the case and its remaining limits.

The case has a concise manager-ready summary

State the recommendation and strongest evidence without making the reviewer reconstruct it.

Known gaps are named with an agreed plan

An honest gap is more credible than leaving reviewers to discover and frame it.

Relevant feedback supports specific criteria

General praise is weaker than feedback tied to a decision, behaviour, or outcome.
